It's Simple! 1. Click the "Add to Cart" button under the case of cotton candy you want. You will be taken to the "cart" where you can enter your zip code to compute your specific shipping charge from Hot Springs, AR. Once you enter your zip code click "Update Cart" to calculate your shipping and total. 2. Then click "Pay now with PayPal". 3. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can process this transaction with your credit card through PayPal without setting up an account by clicking on "Continue" under "Don't have a PayPal account?" 4. If you have a PayPal account, enter the e-mail address and the password of PayPal account and click on the "Log In" button. 5. On the "Review Your Payment" screen you have the options to review and/or change the shipping address and phone number. You also have the option to "Add special instructions to merchant". 6. Click "Pay" to complete your order. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What happens next........... We see your order instantly per an email notification from PayPal. Your order is immediatley evaluated for the following specific information: A) The order itself, i.e., case count, quantity etc. B) Where it is shipping in relation to Hot Springs, Arkansas (how many days transit) C) Special instructions from you, i.e., a future event date or preferred ship or delivery dates. D) If the event is in the future or there is a desired ship or receipt date provided by you, we schedule your order for production the morning of the day it must ship. E) If there are no instructions for an event date or specific shipping/receiving dates provided by you, we ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends). However, if you order late in the week and shipping will mean that a weekend will be encountered within the transit time, we may call you to ask when your event is, especially in the summer. F) When processing your shipping labels we determine if it is going to a residence or business and process your shipping labels. If there is no business name in your shipping address, we ship it FedEx residential. If you have a home/residential business, it is still a residence (not a walk-in business) to FedEx so we ask you to refrain from using business names for home businesses in order that we can process the shipping labels correctly. G) Once your shipping labels are processed, our system sends your FedEx tracking #s to the email address that was used for the PayPal transaction. |
